The individual design of the contract is, however, directly agreed with you in your role as partner.
In order to give you, our partner, optimal assistance and support right from the initial partnership contact phase, VB Leasing has built this process into the four central pillars. This should ensure that, on the one hand, we get to know each other and understand the expectations and needs of the contract partner and, on the other hand, that we clarify all of the hard facts during this phase which are fundamental to a successful, profitable and efficient partnership.
- Analysis phase – "Speaking openly with each other is the basis for everything else" We work together in personal meetings to come up with a concrete vision which defines all of the key features of the partnership. Here, we incorporate market conditions, competitor analyses, customer needs and your requirements, as well as product design and your USPs.
- Evaluation phase – "Understanding each other and avoiding surprises later on" The team of experts from VB Leasing evaluates the results from personal meetings and develops solutions to provide the contractual basis which is ideal for you; we then discuss this in feedback rounds.
- Decision-making phase – "We can only be successful with mutual decisions" Using the established cooperation concepts as a basis, we identify the optimal solution for our partnership while at the same time preparing the requisite instruments and measures which are important to successful implementation.
