The leasing company, which was initially founded in 1995 as a stake acquired in LB Leasing in Slovakia, was renamed VB Leasing SK, spol. s.r.o. in the year 2002. Since then, VBLeasing International Holding GmbH has an 81% shareholding, and Volksbank Slovakia A.S. 19% of VB Leasing Slovakia.
It sells its products at present via a network of 12 branch offices located throughout the country.
Products & Services
As a universal leasing company on the Slovakian market, VB Leasing concentrates on the strong segments until now of passenger cars, trucks, trailers and semi-trailers. Moreover, it also focuses on construction machinery, printing machines, production lines and equipment, agricultural machinery, handling equipment and wood processing machines.
