VB-Leasing International Holding GmbH acquired 51% of the Polish company Dolnoslaskie Towarzystwo Leasingowe S.A (later VB Leasing Polska S.A) in 1999. Since 2000, it has held a 100% stake in VB Leasing Polska S.A.
Products & Services
The business activities of VB Leasing Poland are primarily oriented to the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises, and its product offering targets established companies on the market as well as start-up businesses. The product matrix ranges from passenger car leasing for commercial customers, the financing of means of transport and construction machinery, industrial and agricultural machines and equipment to medical engineering.
