VB Leasing Bosnia-Herzegovina based in Sarajevo was established in 2001. VBLeasing International Holding GmbH holds a majority stake of 51% in the company. The co-owner with a 49% shareholding is Volksbank BH a.d.
The areas in this very small market which emerged for historical and religious reasons require a very precise strategy based on the different needs of the customer groups. In order to optimally exploit the potential in each area, the branch network was extended across the country in accordance with these criteria. VB Leasing Bosnia-Herzegovina sells its products via a network of five branch offices in the country.
